FareShare Brighton is looking for a Part/Time Fundraising and Communications Officer.
You should be passionate about fighting food poverty and food waste and able to communicate this passion to a wide range of groups and people in person, in writing and through social media. You should have good IT & Numerical skills and have some experience with working with volunteers.
The role has 5 key areas:
Raise the profile of FareShare Brighton and Hove.
Develop and maintain our individual donor accounts.
Support and develop fundraising activities & grant applications
To assist in the support and development of the volunteer program.
Develop and maintain office administration systems and processes.
18 hours per week with occasional weekend working. £6000 p/a. CRB Check required. FareShare Brighton is part of City Gate Community Projects: Charity Number 1093245.
